    OR things with engines in them.

    As for OP report it stolen or chalk it up as a small price to pay for a lesson well learned. Make a decision and move forward. I agree with an earlier post, if you bought it new, report it stolen as chain of custody leads to you and odds are your friends sold it to certain criminal elements.

    Then get your act together and surround yourself with people better than yourself.

    You could probably take your "friend" to small claims court over this matter. You would need proof of ownership.

    Chalk it up to lifes lessons... Did you pay rent? Mabe your "friend" is looking at the gun as payment for crashing at his place, eating his food,, using his gas, water and light?
