    if you did a lot of digging before the game, you might have set off an internet alarm.


    about the suppressor, it might be that the rifle was left in its usual configuration. like the folding bipod was left on, even though it might snag on something in that situation.


    I wonder if they had a rifle set up with a night vision scope.

    Anyone see any sniper's hides outside? I was looking pretty hard when I was up there. Saw what I thought might have been one, but hard to say for sure. Was about a block from the zip line going back towards the superbowl village on the top of a brick building.

    No snipers inside those, just regular officers observing the crowd. Easier to observe when you are higher up.

    Super Bowl is the most watched TV event of the year. Significant opportunity if someone wanted to cause trouble.
    Absolutely need these safety and security measures.

    Very cool! I'd rather watch the crowd threw the lens of the scope any day, rather than watching the Patriots play ball. Thanks for "His" service!
