Hmmm, that Pac is interesting, and so is the 300 BLK that the Bandit liked.

But yeah, I haven't looked at all the new stuff either.

We've been debt-free for a long time. Even the house was paid-off almost 20 years ago.
It's OK, I suppose .. but I don't really think about it. It just ​is.

Been breaking it in. I have several of the same model so it’s performing as expected.

So, if you follow these things, what piqued your interest the most from Shot Show 2020. Not necessarily the "coolest" but the product most likely to get new money out of you.

For me, it is the PSA (yep - I said PSA) Jakl.

Piston driven monolithic 300 BO side charger on a standard AR lower. Price? Guessing $750 give or take a hundred or so.

Yea, the psa offerings have my attention. The psa9 will be in my safe if I see one in the wild.

Yeah the house will be with me until they close the box on my ashes.

I looked at refinancing to a lower interest rate but as an FHA loan, I would end up paying for mortgage insurance for another 10 years due to changes made a few years ago. I’m rid of it and don’t want to pay for it again.

As soon as you have enough equity to eliminate PMI, do it ASAP!

A good loan officer will figure if an interest rate reduction is worth PMI in a refi.

Yup. The last refinance had the 80/20 LTV in it.

Now it is for at least 10 years. I was looking at doing a 20 year loan or 15. I only have 20 years left on the current loan. So I haven’t refinanced, because dropping a single percent isn’t enough to make it worth my while.

226 is a fullsize 17rd (like a G17)

just get the .45acp version like my P220 Elite SS w/rosewood - onE of the best shooting handguns I own.
