As a Veteran of the Korean war, U.S. Army, Pastor Kirby was given a military service with 3 gun salute.
It was a bright sunny day with mild weather.
It seemed a fitting tribute to such an honorable man. He will be missed.

Since there is no specific forum (that I can find) for so called religious discussion, I will place this here.

The Bible declares that God only hears the prayers of His saints, the only exception to that is that He will hear a sinners prayer of repentance.

That being so, it is up to His saints
(those who are saved and sanctified)
    to pray.

Now if you want desperately to help the innocent, victims in the Russia/Ukraine war but don't know how to help?
The Bible says that the prayers of the righteous availith much.

So if you are sincere in your desire to help the innocent victims, even if they may not yet be saved, get down on your knees and pray hard with fasting if you feel compelled and leave the results to God.
