    I was going to request a "Denny" on that pic. Now why is that funny? If it's really "one of these things is not like the other"....honestly, I'm disappointed. Not for some PC reason, but because I wanted to believe that there was something really funny about it that I was missing and when I discovered what it was, I'd burst into laughter.

    Maybe I could post a pic of my extended family with one each of a Sikh and African-American among our lily white faces and we could all double over with laughter.

    I think it's at least a little of a PC issue for you...for two reasons.

    1) you said it isn't
    2) you referenced the diversity of your own family

    Plus, I stayed at a holiday Inn express last night.

    My first thought was that it was supposed to be funny because of the one Caucasian woman in a big family of Asian folks (although that guy up the stairs looks Caucasian too.

    But, like you, I thought, "No, there must be some other thing I'm missing besides the obvious."

    I guess we shouldn't over-think.
