Question?, .......went into a Arrons rental place yesterday to pay a bill and like always i carry where ever i go , its a 24/7 thing with me to do so. but this time i was stoped buy an employee and was asked if i was an officer or do i have a badge, to which i replied no, then was told that it is a company policy that they do not allow anyone to carry a weapon into the store, i then went on to explain to him the fact that i did not see any info. in the form of the red " NO WEAPONS ALLOWED " sign posted out side the store(and there is none) and that had i seen one i would have never come into the store armed, Now this is a store that i have been into many times befor to pay a bill and have never been stop for carrying, so having said all of that is it required by Indiana law that the " NO WEAPONS ALLOWED " sign or any info. for that matter informing an oc/cc carryer be placed out side alerting them ? :dunno:

SBG40, regardless of whether a sign was posted or not, the sign has force or effect of law. If you are asked to leave you should just leave. If you do not you can be arrested for trespassing that is all. My suggestion is that you CC, mail your payment or find another store to do business with.

So, your saying someone can be arrested for trespass if a No Guns Allowed sign is posted? Or are you stating that you have to be asked to leave before its considered trespassing?
