I have to start saving my shekels for the Legion P220s coming out next... I am torn though... They will have a carry model that I think I would like or the SAO, which would go well with my P220 compact Sao.

Wow that 10mm is awesome! How does it shoot? I have been a non Sig fan accept single stack for years. Meaning I have always liked the 220 or P6. But that looks awesome. I also want the new 225 and the new legion 229 feels much slimmer and I am very interested in it. Any experience with any of those?

The 220-10mm shoot smooth as butter. The handling on full boat 10mm is really nice with the extra weight of the longer barrel.

Dean Crail up toward the top of the thread has the Legion 229-9.

Here is my most recent Sig, that I picked up this weekend. It is a Legion P226 SAO.

    Hold up now.

Are you saying SIG makes a SAO non-1911 now? I have lusted after Sigs since childhood, but I only do single action or striker fired pistols. How did I not hear of this? Is it just the legion that is SAO or are there others? I MAY HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY BBQ GUN!

This is my favorite Sig. It's a full size Railed Nickel (odd name for a product) and it's a really good shooter. Hey Rusty, one of these lets you bring a 1911 to a Sig shoot and still shoot a Sig.

Lol, they have made them for awhile. One of my regular carry guns is a P220 compact that is SAO. I will post a pic tomorrow.

I used to be afflicted by the Sig-ness. I'll contribute some old images I suppose.
