Time to buy a wheel gun

Another vote for the Ruger GP100. I've got a stainless, 4" and it's great. Trigger is a bit heavy shooting DA, but not bad. The 6" shoots with less recoil and is a good range gun too.

I like my single actions but I did have a Ruger GP100 and it was a great revolver. A buddy of mine has a S&W 686 and it shoots real nice too.

I've had my Ruger Security Six for 32 yrs now. NUFF SAID?

My biggest regret was getting rid of my Security Six. I have a GP100 now but still think fondly of that six!

If you do not go for a S&W 686 for your first revolver you will wish you had... Best "out of the box" gun out there
