My Walmart has NOTHING on the shelves worth buying at prices that are too high. Not sure why, but I can do far better at any of a number of places than the Walmart in town.

I really don't like to shop at Wal-Mart. I visited a Wal-Mart in Louisville with some friends from work and noticed that they had Federal .40 in 100 count box for $25.97 and Federal 9 mm in a 50 count box for $9.97. That's pretty cheap.

I'll pay an extra $1 and buy from someone local
never give in to the greed of wallyworld

Have you guys noticed the pricing are going up. Walmart in Indy has 45 Winchester 100rd for $42. Smaller area Walmart's have it for $36, but I have not seen any any some time. I would love to have a local place, with fair prices that are in stock. One or two boxes at a time is not what I am talking about.

There is a vendor at the 1500 that sells reloaded ammo. Does anyone know who they are? Are they in Indiana?

Just got home from the Wally World at 71st/Keystone. They were pretty well stocked up on ammo and the prices seemed the same as usual. The old dude was there and asked me 4x if I wanted some "Nine, just got it in". I got my favorite Federal 22 Auto Match bulk pack and some Hornaday 17HMR. He was even nice and asked to ring up my other purchases so I wouldn't have to stand in the lines up front. :yesway:

Freedomunitions.com just had 9mm for 7.79 a box (50). Not sure what they have left but, I got 4500 rounds... I have shot around 500 rounds of it with not a single issue... I would check them for cheap ammo prices
