You're talking to a pig farmer... so of course NO roast beef! Lots of the other white meat though or turkey.

Pies happen to be my speciality, got a homemade apple pie in the kitchen right now, deep dish. Made from the apples from my own apple tree that I canned last fall.

Most people just want a little reconigtion for what they do and some respect. Every profession has bad apples, you just can't judge the whole group for those ones. I still think LEOs, Firemen, Doctors, Pastors and Teachers are all still honorable professions.
