myself I carry the Bersa Thunder .45 Ultra Compact in a IWB Don Hume. Currently looking into the Vega shoulder holster, but finding it damn difficult to locate locally.

Although I'm a 1911 fan and own several, I tend to favor my Kahr P45 as a carry gun. I like the fact that it's Double Action Only (DAO)...no safety to worry with. I have a variety of covert carry holsters to match dress/attire. Light, concealable, simple, accurate. It's my top pick.

I have carried for years a SA 1911 that has had a lot of custom work done to it.

But lately, I am loving the weight of the fullsize M&P .45.

I am carrying the Hydra Shoks too.

Hey no high jacking my thread :hijack: about "glock" talk!

    Haha j/k...

I did however goto the local gun shop and check out a few .45's none of which i just had to have. There was a .40 S&W that fit nicely. Well for me it did, since i am a lefty (as my other thread states) I could actually work it with just my left hand without straining fingers. But i decided to keep looking since it was in the $550 range.

Thanks for all that have responded to my threads, your responses help out greatly.

    Thanks again

At work, I carry a Glock 30 in a Wilderness Safepacker.

All other times I carry it in a MTAC.
