A cool car. I always wanted nice cars and now I have my dream Mercury Cougar. I don't even really have to work on it myself now, but I do for the fun of it.

Congrats on the cougar! I've wanted a '70 mercury cougar with the rare 428 cobra jet engine or the even rarer boss 429. Funny thing is I only like the fox body mustangs, never really cared much for early gen mustangs.

With the keyword being adult is anyone on this forum really qualified to answer?

A Barracuda in excellent condition. Still can't afford one...

I had one for 10 years and another after that for 9 years…the first cost me 900.00 in 1982 and the second I bought for 1400.00 and fixed up around 1995…they weren't mint, but dependable and great looking and FUN….espically the last one with a 360 cop motor, 727 tranny and posi rear end….Just can't find those deals anymore.

In the order I finally got them, join the military (Army), plane flight, a firebird, a custom 1911, a jeep wrangler, fly in a helicopter (which was in a combat zone, doors open on a blackhawk), yep, a lot of kid dreams accomplished
