Bryco Jennings J-22. $99.00 and proof that you get what you pay for.

Nah..that's kind of harsh. It was fun to shoot, and I still have it, but it hasn't seen daylight in 20+ years:)

The first handgun I ever purchased to own was my SA XD9SC and I still have it. I love this little gun for the ability to CC and have 10+1 rounds on me. The extended magazines are great to have with me for added rounds. After some time with it I purchased a 4" service XD9 to match it :) I am now moving into the Glock world and have a Glock 21 SF Gen 3, but cannot imagine trying to CC.

My first was a beretta 92F substantially similar to the gun adopted by the US military but pre-dating said adoption. It's my understanding that the 92FS incorporated some design changes to address issues that came up in military testing. Sold it many moons ago (for a nice profit).

    Walther P99

It WAS going to be the Vektor CP-1 until I actually held the Walther.

I have since owned four P99s and four PPQs, which are what the P99s should have been all along!

The CP-1 was discontinued and completely recalled due to its inability to keep from firing unintentionally when dropped or whacked too hard! A shame, too, since the gun was awesomely cool with a very futuristic appearance! I would have never started my addiction with handguns were it not for the CP-1.

    Thank you, Vektor!

Springfield Armory XD-40 Service 4" barrel. Had to sell it for a mere $300 to the local gun store owner for a loss of $130 of what I paid for it, had to sell because of financial hardships. And boy haven't there been some of those :)

Currently have a 4.5" XDm-40 though! 16+1 rounds of "Life is good"

Para Ordanance P13. It was a great gun. I should never have gotten rid of it. The only gun I have never gotten rid of was my 870.
