I'm working on my third batch of beans now, and I've got two dozen tomatoes to do later.

Also doing salsa today as well as more peppers and pickled turnips. I been busy lately but it will pay off this winter.

We've put up green beans, potatoes, salsa, spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, pickles and corn so far. Carrots and more corn soon, plus more green beans and tomatoes.

Got potatoes in canner now, did corn last night. Wife got a big box of chick breast at work gonna try to can some this week.

We did 48 pints of jalapenos today

Pork tenderloin was on sale so I canned it in pints. Smells and tastes like tuna!

we are going to do apple sauce and peaches this coming weekend. we got 4 big boxes of apples from my aunt this past weekend. might as well put em to good use.

I'm so jealous! My jalapeños and habaneros haven't done anything this year! I think I planted too early, I'm stuck with the canned jars leftover from last year!

The wife has done well with the canner so far, 120 some qts of green beans. Last years drought we didn't do any, this year has been good after a rough start and having to re-plant areas
