    Exactly. I feel sorry for the residents of Columbia. This system has failed in its intended checks and balances roll.

    If all the tactics were sound and nothing wrong was done, why not let a jury decide just to add validity? Why dismiss if you have nothing to hide?

    Because if that case, and specifically that video got in front a jury comprised of ordinary citizens, with homes and families that municipality/city/county would get soaked.
