If the RO's are good with it and anyone else is interested I have 2 GOPro's that I can control remotely and mount at various locations down range to capture footage. The cameras can be surface mounted or on tripods. The scorekeeper, or anyone else, can get both cameras recording with the press of a button on a small key chain remote. I won't promise a timeline but I can cut the footage after the event and make it available online.

The setup would travel from stage to state with my squad but it could be a good source of video for the new RCC website that Brian is working on.

If you (RO's / stage designers) are OK with it just think about a good location for cameras the stage plan and let me know so I'll get everything charged up and ops-tested before the match. We can always figure out placement the day of as well.

It is fine to do it as long as it does not create a safety issue or slow the match down, and WVPPS or RCC is not assuming any responsibility for the damage of any equipment.

I like the idea of a downrange view.

So do we, tired of seeing that dried out horse tail hanging from your cap swinging around, of course the other way concerns me if you show up to shoot in your robe, pretty sure the tie will "slip" and the front opesn up while your little post man peaks out to make deliveries

I've shot my big boy gun two matches in a row now (Classifier match and IDPA match at Wildcat). I'm kind of liking it, but I cringe when I think of how much it will cost to replace my ammunition that I bought several years ago!

So I need to decide if I'm going to continue, go with the Glock and my carry right, or even back to the 9mm single stack.

    Decisions!
