      Very true. My recommendation would have been to just keep him covered at that point. If he made a move to stop and turn back, then go ahead and eliminate the threat.

      Definitely a tough call. I think if there had been a round chambered, he would have been ok at the first engagement. However, by the time the round was chambered, the threat was moving away. So, I voted "No."

      Yeah, I was kind of surprised to discover that, too, given it's "Blue State" status. I have learned that a lot of that is driven by how populous Philly is. That city has a huge impact in which way the state goes.
