I'm a little late but I wanted to say thanks for all the help at the build party. Gained alot of knowledge and it was nice to be able to help the next guy in line. Felt like a great accomplishment to leave with a completed receiver and head spaced barrel! Now just need to find the time to finish...
Please also put me down as bringing a 12 ton press in addition to the jigs I listed previously. I will be bringing a virgin barrel for my kit. I am new to this and looking forward to learning. I have a gas port jig and drill for my barrel as well as many other necessary bits.
I can bring trigger guard rivet jig, gas port rivet jig and drill, trunnion holder jig for barrel pressing, and adapter for press to push in/out barrel pin.
The BPS was my first shotgun. Have had it for over 15 years. Love it! Definitely a quality gun for the price and will last forever. I have never had an issue with it.
So cool! I remember seeing them last year when I was down near Seymour. Did a double take and stopped the car to get out and watch them. Amazing migration.
