      the sig 365

I plan to buy a 365 in the future, but am waiting another 6 months, or so, to make sure all the bugs are worked out.

HK polymer handguns are over priced, and so are the mags.

Thinking about an Smith and Wesson SD9

Has no one here ever been to a place that doesn't allow carrying and you tuck the handgun under your seat? I have, before getting lock box mounted.

Thinking about an Smith and Wesson SD9

      Why is it stupid?

Thinking about an Smith and Wesson SD9

I stated in my original post that it will be in a lock box bolted to the floor.

Thinking about an Smith and Wesson SD9

Why, it's in a lock box bolted to the floor? Too many nervous people here. We need to be more concerned with those who leave a handgun in the middle console, or in a glove box.

Thinking about an Smith and Wesson SD9

I have seen new SD9 and SD40 handguns go for $300 new and $200ish used. I am thinking about buying one just to leave in my truck. It is cheap enough that if it is stolen, I am not out of a lot of money. From all the reviews I have read, they appeare very durable and reliable. Two...

Springfield XD-E 45...Anyone own or fondled one?

If I'm not mistaken, the 9mm is the same dimensions as the .45 XD-E.

      Sprinfield Armory XD-E

While I am not particularly a Springfield Armory fan, I love my only SA product, XD-E, for the hammer, size, weight, and shootability. If I wanted a mouse gun, which I didn't, I would have bought something else. The XD-E, while slightly bigger than the XDS, is easy to carry and conceal. It has...

Yes, very good guy to deal with.

      Steyr M9-A1?

I thought about buying one, but I can't stomach the stupid, ugly, and very visible child lock.

      Beretta 92

I am 100% certain a magnet will stick to the trigger. A "dead trigger" is most likely a broken trigger spring.

Mossberg Maverick - Shoten extended release lever

I have installed it. I love mine. Just watch the video and/or take pics with your phone to know how everything goes together.

      Beretta 92

They have a metal skeleton and ALL metal head....

      Beretta 92

They are not poly throughout.....a magnet will stick to it and there are pics online of the trigger's metal skeleton. Even the head is SOLID metal where the trigger pin and trigger bar mates with the trigger. Beretta claims they polymer coated the trigger, safety, and mag release because they...

It's a fairly easy process buying a firearm on Gunbroker. Check the seller's feedback.

      USGI 1911A1 and Garand Prices

I have been looking at USGI 1911A1 and garand prices for a while now, but what people are asking is ridiculous. If you look on Gunbroker, 1911A1 prices average between $1500 - $2500, depending on the manufacture. Sellers are sticking to their prices, and no one is bidding. The M1 garand...

Just joined the M1A club after years of thinking about it.

I own two Springfield M1As and one James River Armory Rockola M14. My JRA M14 is a better clone and more accurate than my Springfields. The JRA is about $700 more than the standard Springfield, but is is filled with USGI parts and has a new chrome lined barrel, to include a like-new USGI stock...

Love my new CZ75 D Compact, BUT HATE THE FINISH

Problem is I don't want to turn a $600 gun into a $1000+ gun. I can do with out the hammer and night sights, but the cetakote is a must. Will the short reset kit do wonders for trigger pull, besides shorten the reset length?
