      Ok, so I want to mill my slide on my M&P and future pistols if it works good. I was wondering I anyone had a DIY method for adding grip serrations on the slide. Currently I use skateboard tape but would like something permanent. I just don't wanna spend a few hundred bucks to have it done...

      dont spend too much money. You can get a good quality metal pen from walgreens or walmart or any store basically. will it be labeled "tactical" no, but it will get the job done and you can pick it up on your way home from work one day.

      the 5.56 is basically the same thing as a .223 but has just a little more F-you packed in it. i.e. more powder. Never reloaded .223, but you can buy rifles that can shoot .223 and the hotter 5.56 round. If i'm correct you could put a .223 powder charge in a 5.56 cartridge and it would work...

      regardless if you have a permit or not, the owner of the property can ask you to leave if you have a firearm. If you are on the sidewalk you are fine. I was at the 19th rally with probably 1000 or so guns and no problems.

      if you look on ebay there is a company that makes a sleeping bag that stuffs down to a sack that will fit in the palm of your hand. down to like 40 degrees I believe but like most manufactures you could probably get lower than that especially if sleeping in clothing.
