      Light bullets Generally speaking, you'll be over-spinning the bullets which can manifest itself as either poor accuracy, or no bullet hole in the target. No hole usually means they are literally coming apart in mid flight.

      You need clean brass. A tumbler is just a way to speed up the process. If you're only loading a hanfull of rounds, you can get away with hand cleaning, although most people like the inside clean as well and that's hard to do by hand. Midway's tumblers are very reasonably priced.
