      Still can't PM. :( Jedi, I say go with vendor 1. The small amount saved by going with vendor 2 isn't enough for me to want to take a chance on an unknown. Also, the more packages sent increases the chances of something going wrong in transit. Not saying vendor 2 is bad, just not worth...
