Two years ago, at Christmas time, I bought 10 boxes of the stuff for $19.99 each from Cabela's website and had it shipped free to the store, where I bought 5 more boxes for the same price.

I heard a while back that Uncle Sam bought millions of this round. Can't find the stuff, Federal was rumored to be making it...blah, blah, blah.

Essentially, for the outrageous price of the ammo, the price of the PS 90, and the price of the FiveseveN, versus the ballistics....absolutely not worth it. And, NO, I dont' want to be shot by that round.

There are loads of .223/5.56 pistols and my underfolder AK is as short as my PS 90 was. These calibers are far more effective...AND, even in these time, more affordable AND more available.

As I've preached in other threads, I have absolutely no regrets about getting rid of my 5.7 X 28 weapons.
