I used to reenact 18th century frontier history...I was so stoked when it came out and I barely got through the first episode....The props and clothing were just way too off for me and I found myself yelling at the TV too much...I may give it another try...With the proper amount of bourbon I may be able to pull it off...:)
From that perspective I would agree. I enjoyed it over all but I don't put much stock in the historical accuracy of the show.

I understand people being upset with some of the programming on Netflix but think of it this way:

every dollar you spend on Netflix is $5 that didnt go into CNN's pocket

Sometimes you have to look cool instead of appropriate.

I just temporarily fired Netflix. They took the X-Files off today. I'll have to deal with commercials and continue watching it on Hulu.

So many people perfectly happy to pay increased prices (from $8 to now $10) for a crappy selection of movies and social justice warrior insults.

    $10 a moth!!!?!! :runaway:

I waste more than that on nothing.

They just added Archer season 7, so I'm good to go for a while. :rockwoot:

I'll see your $10 on "entertainment" that deliberately pokes a stick in my eye and raise you two modest lunches for the same price.

Netflix is a free market kind of thing. They offer a wide variety of content, including stuff I like and don't like. As long as they continue to offer enough content I like, I'll continue to pay a few dollars a month for it. I don't have to watch the content I don't like.

wait a minute..can you say that again? You don't have to watch the content you don't like?! How is such a thing possible? My goodness we here at INGO are living in the dark ages. Just imagine having something that on our TV or radio that is what we think! Opposition must be destroyed! oh...sorry, went off the deep end a little there...never mind

Oh. Not a deep end you went off.

It is the force of sarcasm. Freely the sarcasm should flow. One with sarcasm you shoud be. For my ally is the sarcasm. And a powerful ally it is. :yesway:
