This:

Ruger PP94DL, 9 mm, with integral Tac-Star laser. A bit heavy, but very versatile and reliable. My youngest daughter shot repeated bullseyes using the iron sights. Needs a bit more work to get the laser aligned with the sights. And those are factory Ruger Hogue grips. Not many of these made.
