If your state doesn't mandate a US citizenship requirement, you can't circumvent it with department policy. That's federal law. And yep, "she" lost, perhaps Trump can change federal laws he doesn't like, with a wave of his had, and make that decisions for the individual states.

Well the precedent has certainly been set for him to do that. My hope is that he will change the things which should be changed while adhering to the procedures put in place to do so rather than finding a pen and a phone.

True, but he'll be out of office come January 20th. :)

Sadly even after two months pass I predict he will still be meddling in our lives and F'ing up our country. He won't be able to stay away from a microphone and TV camera and the media will seek out his comments in their never ending work to ruin Trump and our country.

Mark my words, you will see Community Organizer B.O. on the front lines of some march or rally (or riot?) about some false narrative in the next year.

My guess is that like the Clintons, the Obamas will first focus on becoming very rich. All they have to offer is their misguided BS but there are plenty out there who buy it.

Reading the columnists (or is it communists) in the Chicago Tribune, I see a clear pattern forming. They are jumping on every nuance of Trump (and his family's) life. This will no doubt continue for the next four years. Fun to see how they deal with their angst. I rarely read them beyond their headline before being overcome by BS. Why do I subscribe? Habit.

If Trump Pence do as they promise and undo his long list of unconstitutional EO's he will be severely butt hurt.

I think he's looking forward to getting rich, adored by his fans, and an endless series of expensive golf vacations.

I think President Trump should leave that one alone. A "Tubman" in the pocket will be a constant reminder of the failed presidency of Barack Obama.

Failed? By what standard? And why would Tubman be a reminder? The bill will be released well after Obama is out of office.

A little off topic .... maybe not... now I'm no fan of the sitting President.... Just asking if anyone has watched a report called " A house divided" I saw it on the VICE Essentials channel. Interesting interviews about the climate surrounding the 2 terms of Obama. It gave me a little insight on how things do and don't get done in Washington, DC.

I've been watching quite a bit of VICE the last couple of months but haven't seen that. I did order an 80lb salt block that I carved into a mini stool that I sit on when I watch it, a grain just wasn't quite sufficient. I also installed a level on the side of the stool so that I wouldn't get too disoriented when everything started leaning so dramatically to the left. Armed with my salt stool with built in level I'll admit to enjoying some of their programming.
