    he couldn’t get closer for a more certain shot? Lots of things between them, easy shot to miss and take the chance of where the round goes.

    Thank you. I think it would take some getting used to, but it, obviously, works.
    No problem. If you are in that line of work, it has some merit for sure.

    Several aftermarket cheek risers out there that people are running with it too.

    A 2 moa dot at 180 yards is a pretty good poke. Don’t think he had any magnification either.

    If he knows his skills, he knows he can make that shot faster than closing the distance.

    So if you know for a fact you will not miss, that distant shot NOW is 100% better than a closer shot later. Especially when you consider while closing the distance he or somebody else could catch a round in the meantime.
