Owl problems... advice needed.

My brother told me the story of his cat mousing a chipmunk out in Portland, when FLASH the chipmunk disappeared. It was a hawk that swooped in and took it, from right in front of the cat. Could as easily have been the cat, but it happened so fast, the cat was left bewildered.

Owls and crows are mortal enemies. I use an owl decoy when calling crows. Maybe put out some crow decoys, it might keep owl away. Just a suggestion.
