I think what he is saying, is that Romney had changed his mind about iissues more important than whether or not he is going to run for pres. Didnt seem like that complex of a statement to me

I think that he has said it often enough, and now that his wife has reiterated, that no one will take him seriously if he reenters the fray. Even the press who would love him to be the nominee would have to demure.
