sitting on my father's knee I pulled the trigger on his '03 springfield, pre-kindergarten.

A savage model 3 and a colt's woodsman early elementary school. Winchester 52s in hunter/shooting safety courses in 2nd-3rd grade. My first gun of my very own my 10th birthday, a Ruger 10-22.

I guess I could count my Daisy BB gun. Moved up to a CO2 pellet gun pretty quick but didn't make the jump to real firearms until I was 22! I shot a single shot 20 gauge for rabbit hunting with my uncle and also a double barrel 16 gauge. The first gun I owned was/is a Remington 597 .22lr

    - then I didn't shoot anything for about 15 years (besides some random airsoft guns in college)
    - last week I went out with a friend and shot a Glock 23, a sig .22, and a 12 gauge mossberg

10/22. Second gun was a M1 Garant, 3rd was a 12gauge (all in a row). Been chasing bigger and bigger recoils ever since.

Had been horrible anti-gun until the rush of actually firing one, now I can't buy them fast enough.

First gun for me was Dad's Remington Nylon 66 (Mohawk Brown). Still might be the best shooting .22 that I've ever shot.

It made such an impression I tracked one down a few years ago and added to my collection.

Dad isn't about to give it up!

Grandpas old 410. wasn't big enough to get the stock against my shoulder, left a huge bruise on my bicep. I wore that bruise like a badge of honor though!

First handgun was a Colt .357 magnum. I don't remember the exact model. My first rifle was a Remington .597.
