I knew I had seen one before but couldn't remember where for the life of me!

I remember it was third grade, Mrs Regester had one that would not hold chalk and she threw it in the garbage can. Tried to draw out a staff by hand. NO.

At recess, I grabbed it and bent it all back right and made it work again.
She got mad when she saw it back on her desk, she had thrown it away ON Purpose. I told her I fixed it.
Everyone laughed, but she was amazed.

I'm a natural straightener (and finder), I could not resist. I had erased all my test staffs and ran out to the lot just in time to come back in for class to resume.
