It was a detailed reply answering my questing. The guys email signature claims that he's one of the owners of the company. He couldn't help me for this gun, but I'll definitely buy something off of them in the future if their customer service is that good. One thing that most gun related companies suck at is customer service.

This neighbor is 3 miles away so if he got caught with it in the truck, that could be an issue. We have "neighbors" all over the county!
