    When your in sales, it is a PITA to try to predict sales numbers...All you can do is guess approx how much product each customer will need each month.

    I put the numbers in, but it's a complete WAG.......
    Like me trying to predict gas prices for my budget.

    I have the annual budget to do, I mean guess at. I really don't put much thought into because I have no idea what is going to break. Then I have the KPI's to do. Again I don't put much thought into that because I don't know what I am doing and I really don't care. ;)

    Just use your figures for 2016 and mark them up by 6%...
