I have the annual budget to do, I mean guess at. I really don't put much thought into because I have no idea what is going to break. Then I have the KPI's to do. Again I don't put much thought into that because I don't know what I am doing and I really don't care.

my business insurance company wants me to do the same thing every year........they ask how are you going to make next year?........and every year i say hopefully more than last year!!...

Just use your figures for 2016 and mark them up by 6%...

That won't work if they don't give me more money. I have to break it down monthly as to what I spend it on. Bottom line is if I keep it in the black for fuel, wages and operating expenses I am good. Last year I was 10K over in operating but 12 under for fuel.

No. This is private high school. We have a 6 week summer camp for 1400 kids.
