No disagreement. So let's just dispose of the "medical marijuana" nonsense and admit it was always about incrementalism. Let the debate be about why its illegal and whether it shouldn't be without parading sickly people in front of cameras whining about their gonga being the only thing that brings relief.

Of course it is about incrementalism. The sickly people who could find relief are the most egregiously harmed by this form of tyranny.

When someone gets gunned down in a 'gun free zone', do we not take care to point out that this is the worst case scenario of gun control?

Why begrudge others from illustrating the worst case scenarios of the drug war?

Do you believe ANYONE gets medical relief from marijuana?

If so, why should they shut up?

    Whining, really?

Better than what is already readily and legally available?

Whining? Yes. It's a political ploy. I've even seen "let's do it for the children" be used in this.

99% of us will never need our firearms for any purpose other than sport.

Does that mean we should stop whining about people who are forcibly disarmed and end up needing one?

Better than what is already readily and legally available?

Its not my place, or your place, or the government's place, to dictate what is the "better" treatment. "Better" is a decision of the patient with the consultation of a doctor; a case-by-case decision.

So do you stand by your "medical marijuana nonsense" statement?

Whining? Yes. It's a political ploy. I've even seen "let's do it for the children" be used in this.

So you're against incrementalism, stats as a basis of rights, "for the children" arguments, and whining.

Have you ever taken a step back at the ploys of the prohibitionists? Holy cow.
