No disagreement. So let's just dispose of the "medical marijuana" nonsense and admit it was always about incrementalism. Let the debate be about why its illegal and whether it shouldn't be without parading sickly people in front of cameras whining about their gonga being the only thing that brings relief.

Of course it is about incrementalism. The sickly people who could find relief are the most egregiously harmed by this form of tyranny.

When someone gets gunned down in a 'gun free zone', do we not take care to point out that this is the worst case scenario of gun control?

Why begrudge others from illustrating the worst case scenarios of the drug war?

99% of us will never need our firearms for any purpose other than sport.

Its not my place, or your place, or the government's place, to dictate what is the "better" treatment. "Better" is a decision of the patient with the consultation of a doctor; a case-by-case decision.
