Luckily for me my daughter wants to keep all my guns and will never sell them as she knows that they are not only for value but an essential tool to her future survival if needed.
As stated before pick up both an feel which one fits your hands better, then find a range that rents guns and try them both. I have owned both guns and both are very good guns.
My daughter when she turns 18 will be getting her license to carry and will be getting to go thru safe and pick what gun she wants and if I don't have one she likes I will make sure she gets what she wants.

could it have been damaged when the trigger was installed by previous owner? I am guessing what ever caused that it was outside the gun. just my two cents.
I use night owl and have had no issues with them at all. Mine is the 1080p with 6 cameras, wife and I can watch on our phones and we also leave it on record all the time. it has 1 TB of storage.
I store mine in my barn inside a 60x60 Jobox type cabinet inside that they are all in Military ammo cans and have never had any issues at all even with temp changes.
