      Muncie Rifle and Pistol Club

MRPC is not dissolved but continues to operate as it pretty much always has, as a private indoor range. Due to the nature of the facility and its location the Club does have certain policies regarding weapons allowed, calibers allowed, guests allowed, etc that are strictly enforced.

      Pistol caliber carbines

Keep an eye out at pawn shops that are also FFL's. They are more interested in turning their inventory and normally will have less invested in the weapon. I picked up a like new Cx4 about a year ago at a pawn shop for $400. One hell of a buy!

The race to 50, who will it be today and what do they want - Part 2

Nice thread guys. Is this what INGO is all about? Just curious...

Remington continuing push into handgun market- the RP9 & RP45

R51 still has problems. Mags are poorly designed causing feed issues especially on the first two rounds. Grip safety on the one I had was not made well, would catch hang up and not engage properly.

Should we eliminate the electoral college??

I too have followed this topic in multiple social media threads. What amazes me is the incredble brilliance of the Founding Fathers to create such a brilliant system that accomplishes exactly what they intended. The system was designed such that it reflects the will of the most populated areas...

      Heritage 22 Revolver

Pretty common to not find mags in my area as well. Best bet around here NE IN. Is the guns shops. Not cheap but they have them most of the time.

      Hello from Muncie area

AngryRooster I do some of both, but mostly like talking about fine weapons. Joined a couple years ago actually but work and travel have interfered with active participation. Hope the majority of the folks on here are more friendly than the ones over in the troll thread...

      Walther CCP

I had one and sold it. Even with the piston I didn't like the recoil. But more than that I really disliked the field strip and reassembly on the gun. Check out the new Walther PPS M2. Slightly larger, better recoil, great ergonomics like the ccp.

      Commander vs officer

I own both a Colt Defender and a Springfield EMP. Love the size. Much easier to conceal and draw.

Have a Canik TP9? Read this

I've not looked closely at the V2, but I have looked at the SA. For the life of me I have no idea why anyone would design a decocker for a striker fire that totally disables the trigger!

Where Chicago gets all its guns

Actually I believe the majority of guns funneling into Chicago are coming from Indiana. Its just that most are coming from all these gun store smash and grabs where the thugs rent an SUV, drive it through the front door at night and load it up.

      Lubricant

Lubriplate white lithium grease and CLP. I chose the CLP as much for the needle applicator as anything. Lucas oil is also a good choice.

Chicago Working Around Clock To Clear 18 Inches Of Bullet Casings From Streets

There is nothing I laugh more about than when debating someone and they quote the Onion, fully believing it to be a serious source of informations!

      Pellet gun recommendations

Check out the Gamo line of single shot pump style pellet rifles. I have the Whisper and the grandkids love shooting it. Nice and quiet too so the neighbors don't get upset.

      Smith and Wesson name change?

Not an unusual practice in the business world. Changing names and organizational structures is common way of isolating debts and liabilities.
