That's easy. Perhaps, too easy. :ugh: I was confused, because I erroneously thought that the punctuation at the end of each item, determined the 'and's' or 'or's'. ( I don't even know why I thought that. Maybe I heard it in a gun store...)
I've been browsing the IC, and I'm having trouble understanding when to apply the words "and" or "or".
Take 35-47-2-1 for example:
(3) the person carries the handgun in a vehicle that is owned, leased, rented, or otherwise legally controlled by the person, if the handgun is:
(A)...

That's why I can't understand how the cease-fire has lasted for so long. Seems like sometime during the last 59 years, SOMEONE would have started the war back up, or, found acceptable terms for a treaty.
Then again, maybe it's not about the two Koreas, but rather the USA and China.
Shooting in the Korean War ended in July, 1953 with the signing of the armistice. Seems like, by now, they would have agreed on some sort of treaty, or resumed fighting to finish it. Why, after 59 years, has there been no official end to the war?
Why is it illegal to carry at the Dept of Workforce Development? Is this in the IC somewhere? I was unaware of any laws that would make carrying there illegal. If there is one, please cite it.
