      Ok...let me say it this way then......I SHOWED the people at the store the PRINTED order verification EMAIL(aka invoice)sent to me from Gander Mountain themselves, that clearly stated what I paid for was "JHP" ammo. I always bring the printed email invoice with me when picking up a web order...

      No problem...that was my main intent with the post...to inform others who may want(or have already ordered) the ammo, but are unaware of Gander's web mistake. Apparently they DO sell 100-packs of the UMC JHP...the SKU for it is 412924, but the price is $44.99 when in stock. The SKU for the FMJ...

      The receipt(confirmation email) said "JHP". There seemingly was no problem with the order until I went to pick it up....You're right, it should always be a simple matter of the retailer saying, "we made a mistake & inconvenienced you. Here is what we will do to make it right.". Too many times...

So, I waited a couple days, the ammo was still available, so I bit & ordered 1 box for free store pickup. I even received the confirmation email...

      This has probably been asked before(maybe a LOT), but I am pretty new to the world of concealed carry and need to learn. Does a list exist of places(in general) that it is illegal to carry in IN? For example, I doubt it's legal to carry in a school, but how about the post office, or a bank...

      SCCY CPX-2

      I can't say that I've had that problem with mine. The only discomfort that I've experienced at all is from the safety ridge. The SCCY forum is pretty decent though...I'm sure someone there will know what's up with it.

      Anybody Have experience with Phoenix the HP22?

      I've done the mod where you bend the longer spring metal strip up a bit & it worked. I also want to clip the safety bar corner so the mag will release regardless of the safety position, but may wait until I order a replacement piece(just in case I have to get warranty work done to it someday)...

      So far I am very happy with mine. I have a CPX1(gen2 stainless). The "CPX1 just means it's got an external safety. My only gripe about mine is that the plastic "ridge" around the safety lever kind of digs into my hand sometimes while firing...I think I would go with a CPX2(no safety) if I had it...

      I went to the last show and just before we got to the door a guy came out and handed out a bunch of "VIP" free passes.       high point 9c

      I've never really had any problems feeding with my Hi-point 45 or C9, but I did tweaked the feed lips just for good measure. Here is a pic I found online that is supposed to show the stock & "post-tweaked" measurements for the C9 mags(if u have access to a micrometer).

      Can I fire 22 magnum thru my 22 revolver?

      I also did this once with my dad's Heritage Arms revolver. It took me a couple ruptured casings to finally figure out that the ammo wasn't bad and that the "extra cylinder" wasn't really just an "extra cylinder" after all :rolleyes:. The gun itself was fine afterwards.
