Yes, your shirt is good enough, as long as it completely covers you pistol and Mag pouch. I would advise a tank-top undershirt, then your t-shirt, that is so you won't get chaffed. That is what I do.
Or you could get one of those photo-vests.
Looks like the weather will be fine. I was at the range a few days ago and it was dry on the bays. The only water was in the drains/ditches. I would bet that they are dry now too.
