      I was actually looking at a Colt Defender. How do you like it? Also I see mention problems with the short barrel 1911's? What can I expect?

      I carry a P229 Elite .40 S&W and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

      That is the style holster from Galco I use for carry. Puts the gun in a nice comfortable spot. My Sig 229 carries very nice with one of those.

      glock vs kahr

      I have a Kahr PM40 and the only issue I have is with it's small size and my large hands with the standard 5 round clip I don't like the way it feels when shooting. When I have the extended clip in it's great. Not one issue with the gun as I've seen others post. Not a Glock fan by any means...
