      I also have a 16 gauge that works fine, I just make sure the screw is in bolt correctly.

      What non glock pistol do you carry?

      I carry my s&w 3914 or 3913 most of the time. I also carry a s&w 469 or 6906 especially in winter.

I had a heart cath 4 years ago that showed mild blockage that was supposed to be controlled with meds, but I couldn't take them so it is best to know...

      Is 9mm redily available as claimed?

      I'm seeing plenty of 9mm at the Wal-Marts that I go to in Southern Indiana. I've pretty well stocked up and I don't go by and look as often as I did. The only thing scarce now is 22's.

      +1 for Ruger Firearms

      The only firearm that I own is a 10/22 that my brother gave me. It is a tack driver. I have often wondered how the Ruger handguns were, but I am addicted to the Smith 3rd gens and I can't afford another addiction.

      A Farewell to Arms (Why I jumped off the Glock bandwagon)

      My grandson talked me into buying a glock 22, but I never carry it or shoot it. I would rather stay with my s&w 3rd gens. 3913, 3914 469 and 915 are my favorites.

      Update on my LTCH I'm sorry. I misread my permit. It is a lifetime permit, so now I can legally pursue my 2nd amendment right!

      I finally got mine! I did L1 on Jan 16, 2013. I got in the mail on Oct. 4, 2013. The only thing is it is a 4 yr. permit instead of a lifetime like I put in for.
