      WTS/WTT: US869 Powder

I have 13 pounds of H US869 powder. It’s a good magnum rifle powder. $30 per pound. I have one 8 pound jug and the rest are one pounders. All unopened and properly stored. I tried to post this earlier and I’m not sure it went through, so if this post is a duplicate, sorry.

Most everyone who carries it never trains with it

I know a lot of people who carry snub nose revolvers as a back up....cops, men, women...and most are less than proficient with it. When I ask "why do you carry that?" The general reply is because it's reliable, no jam issues, no safety to remember, it's reactive"...ect. Which generally makes me...

      Your story matters.

I shared my story once. Had mixed outcome. But the idea of the thread is good I hope there are good lessons learned to be shared.

      Tactical Pen??

If you wanted so bad to ignore me and my post why bother posting on the thread? Seriously, I get it, you don't like me or my opinion(s) that's fine. Just do me a favor and dress up some before you send me hate.

      Embarrassing CC/OC mishaps.

Yeah they were under my leadership aka they are my soldier and I was their NCO.... It happens...I was a lot of people's soldier as I had a lot of higher ranking people above me... I mean really you can hold a grudge for me having an opinion but i prefer to agree to disagree and be civil

      What would you have done?

Certainly this man was an antigun commy. I mean the unspoken 2A code is to blindly agree, tolerate, and promote any action or opinion of another brother gun owner wrong, right, or indifferent. I bet this man of whom you tell us accosted you was raised by one of those $2 horizontal jezebels from...

      Tactical Pen??

....I mean if you don't like my opinion or my post you could ignore them. I thought that topic was a well beaten dead horse long ago

      Embarrassing CC/OC mishaps.

While on deployment I was a temporary SAW gunner as the original operator was wounded and sent home . I felt the need to put a sling on it to let it hang on long foot patrols. We were out for 20 hours one day walking around. The sling worked itself loose just as I was walking into the COP to...

      Embarrassing CC/OC mishaps.

A soldier of mine carried a glock 26 in his pocket. He also (like most soldiers) didn't own many civilian pants. The pocket liner in his jeans gave out one day while we were at the bar. It was fun seeing him catch it right at his knee cap and then try to play it off.

      Embarrassing CC/OC mishaps.

Nope. I'm not here to spoof or play the popularity contest. I just want to see if there's any brains to pick here and decent people to shoot with

      Tactical Pen??

I wasn't at all trying to knock the pen or the cost...I seriously just don't like the guy who showed me his. I was trying to see what's up with these little guys.

      Tactical Pen??

Never cared to be treated like a hero. Though I've both saved lives and taken them I don't ever look for high fives or people to agree with what I say. I was just having a discussion on why I personally think that MAYBE there is a time and place for everything. For instance, walk into a liquor...

      Embarrassing CC/OC mishaps.

Over the years I've talked to many people who carry everyday. Most were soldiers of mine as I enlisted at 17 before I even had the permit to carry. I'll start off with my one "oops" The week after I graduated basic I came home and dad got me a Kimber Eclipse in 10mm as a gift. I wore it proudly...

      Carry educate

Having your hand on the gun as you walk around is a big pet peeve of mine that makes us all look like turds, I've seen people pop mags in and out of the well like they were trying to make a rhythm with it. I've seen people activate lasers and walk around with a red dot by their foot like they...

      Carry educate

Yeah....I'm pretty much done with it. Just wanted to make a point that dressing like SWAT, street thug, or what ever while open carry may not always be the best of decisions in public areas where people may run from you. That's pretty much it. I'm done. As always stay alert stay armed stay alive...

      Carry educate

Again I wasn't talking about this guy...just people in general

Wasn't really talking about him just people in general

      Carry educate

As armed citizens we are not a unit but does that mean we should have a complete disregard for everything that is open carry just because it's legal? Just because open carry is legal we should not speak our mind when we feel that someone in the open carry community is maybe doing something that...

      Carry educate

I never said he did anything stupid or dangerous or illegal. Seriously just made a suggestion that he may want to take into consideration what other people may perceive as hostile

      Carry educate

I do see a difference. I only suggested that of he didn't want people to run he should consider it. I never and would never say you should or you must do it this way
