You can also injure yourself if you dont use the right knuckles.

When you master regular push ups and knuckle pushups you can also move to back of the hand push ups.
It's a great way to gain flexibility and strenght in your wrists.

We're heading out to a local park that has a 1.25 mile loop trail, planning on doing 4 laps today. We did 4.5 miles on our trail here at the house yesterday, nice day after the rain stopped.

Nice day today, so I got my road bike out for the first time this season. 11.2 miles. Average speed of 16 mph. I'm hoping to do better than that tomorrow.

It was too windy to get my bike out. So I ended up doing some kettlebell swings followed by goblet squats with a 45lb kettlebell.
Then I went running. I haven't ran since last summer. So I was able to do 2 miles, time being 23 minutes.

    My legs hurt :(

We did 4.5 miles of very brisk walking (almost a jog) on Saturday, and 6.25 miles yesterday in the awesome weather. We (me and my wife) decided that for the next several weeks, we're going to hit some state parks and gradually do some more intense hikes. I walked the trail here by the house a few times last week, and did a lot of time on the elliptical. Been hitting the weights 3 nights a week with lots of pushups thrown in. Best part is, I'm down 38 lbs from where I started, only 12 lbs from where I want to be.
