Went there yesterday and the wife's purse was searched but my concealed Sig was totally missed.

There is no way I will willingly buy a $4, 3 ounce box of Milk Duds when I can get the full 5 ounce box at <insert any store here> for a dollar. Or less.

I believe it has been a topic here before, but I believe the LTCH includes as many as you want. Nothing wrong with handing you her gun before you walk in and discretely putting it back in her bag once inside. Obviously don't allow it to be seen while you are putting it in her bag to prevent panic attacks in the sheep.
