I'm not sure what is in the higher level courses but I can say that is not what is taught in the classes I took.

It's certainly what all the highly educated economists of today put into practice. They all had to learn it somewhere.

The republican party has become the democrat party, just with a different name. There is no point in trying to understand what they are doing, other than realizing the truth, they are not republicans, they are not conservatives, they are liberals with an R next to their name. The libs have successfully got into the party and its all over. too much money and power to be had, a gov't that limits itself is conservative, no lifetime politician would do that to themselves, being a politician is now a career, instead of a servitude.
