Sorry no, I don't know what entails a reasonable inspection. Would 36 volts out of a wall socket be considered a reasonable inspection? Arent you still responsible as a landlord to fix issues with the house in the end though? Or is your stance "well you signed off so its your problem"...- VaGriller

+1, but getting punched sucks, in school I normally waited until their hands were extended trying to push me before I came overhand on them. OP said this has been going on for three years and his parents have talked to the school and nothing has changed. Thats enough for Plan B in my book...- VaGriller

To a middle schooler a busted nose is like the end of the world. Pretty embarassing having to walk around with 2 black eyes for a week or two. Bullies pick on people that won't fight back, once he fights back they will move on. IMHO- VaGriller
