I have been there a couple of times and have found great customer service by knowledgeable people and fair prices. Good military surplus selection also.
I stopped by their booth at the 1500. They had time to chat and offered me a great deal on a Taurus 22. I am doing a little research first. Seems to me they might be worth the drive from Brownsburg.
I saw the INGO table, saw the belts but did not see many bargains. I did sell a gun. I will go back next time. Crowds were not bad till 2PM or so and I left.
I believe if I tell an Officer something in a nice way that can diffuse a potentially threatening situation and that Officer is armed and states anything about shooting me then I have a right to be just a little MAD. Just my opinion.
It looks like a lot of effort went into making that gun fancy, unique and really nice. I think you did a great job! I have a Brit 303 that had a black stock. I did some fine sanding to the light wood in a pattern effect and it came out nice. The purist would not like it but I do. Once again...
I have had a .45 CVA Blackpowder rifle for five years. It is a tack driver and I love it. CVA HQ is in Atlanta and if you call the 800 number you will talk to a real live person.
The Trooper made a mistake. This mistake will haunt Him for his career. I feel sorry for him as anybody could of done it but because of his position he will pay dearly. As an ex LEO I do believe we have a right to expect more from our Professionals. I am glad the incident ended safely.
