Hi Guys, It was a pleasure meeting all. To bad the weather didn't cooperate. I wish I had been in better shape.
Hopefully everything will be better next time. Have fun and shoot straight. Bob
Hi, as President of the Edwardsburg Conservation Club, I/we would welcome a 'get to together' shoot. I don't want to 'hi-jack' what pyzik is wanting to do, so I'll give him a nudge to keep working on this.
Sounds like fun. Later, Bob
Don't forget, Disabled Veterans and Seniors 65 and older can get a Lifetime Membership for $375.00. Paid in full or EZ-pay. Just contact a local NRA Recruiter. Later, Bob
I would keep carrying with one in the pipe and if she asks, just say yes and drop the subject. Personally, until I find the correct rock that fits my holster, I will carry one in the pipe. Later, Bob
Cedartop has it nailed pretty good. Current 'hotspot' to stay out of while OC'ing is Grand Rapids proper. The mayor and his minion police force can't seem to be able to read and follow the laws. A lawsuit has been filed and we await the outcome. Most of the other towns and cities seem to have a...
CSJ, sorry to have 'hit and ran' but it's been hectic here. All of the so called PFZ except court rooms and federal buildings are OC if you have a CPL in MI. That means, all public schools, day cares or child placing agency's, sports arenas or stadiums, churches, hospitals, dorms or classrooms...
To the OP, you asked the question, now you have several answers. All that proves is that everybody will react differently in every case and for different reasons.
Would I shoot? More than likely. Would I try to place myself in a better position so if the bullet would not pass through the person...
Shiban, In order to open carry without a permit in MI, you must be a resident of MI. No longer need the safety inspection, but the hand gun must be registered to the person that is open carrying. Whole different set of rules apply to open carrying without a concealed pistol license.
Later, Bob
As long as you have a valid permit from the state in which you reside, you can either open or conceal carry. If you get 'stopped' by the police, you must notify that you have a permit and you are carrying. Have a good time and carry often. Bob
shawnba67, Could you possibly post the serial number and any identifying marks of your pistol so that I could use it as a reference to NEVER purchase that one.
Thank you, Bob
