      When I became a EMT way back in 1987 they did not have very many schools to offer the EMT classes. I was in classes with a primary instructor thru a local hospital.

      No it is fear of what the government will do to them. This one lady that works at the liquor store I go to tell me. If caught she is fined the owner is fined and I think she said she would have to be suspended for three days. I'm not sure if it is her boss or the state.
